Lessons & Tutoring
Partaking in private lessons is one of the best ways to engage the student musically and to help guide their musical ability. Many private lesson instructors utilize the "I teach, you play" method. However, I believe that private lessons should always be student-driven. Private lessons should be as interactive, collaborative, and fun as possible, not only to keep the student engaged but to keep the interest alive and develop an unquenchable thirst to learn about the musical world around them. For my students, I want them to experience music through dabbling, listening, practicing, and composing.
